Formalwear

THe most elegant day of your life calls for the finest tuxedo to match.

We dress the discerning groom for the biggest event of his life. For the man who won't be out-dressed at his own black tie wedding, we carry formalwear from the most prestigious luxury houses and offer bespoke tuxedos for an incomparable look and custom fit.

Your bride is spending all this time finding the perfect dress. Do not do her a disservice.

Your bride tries on dress after dress and sits through fitting after fitting to get her look exactly right. Match that on your side. When you stand next to her, your look and your fit should complement hers and rise to the occasion. We give your attire the same care she gives hers.

This is your day too, and your tuxedo should reflect that. Whether you shop our ready-to-wear luxury formalwear collection or choose a custom made tuxedo, we tailor it for the perfect fit. When you put on the finished jacket and your chest rises a little, we know we got it right.

Is a custom tuxedo right for you?

You care as much about your own look as your bride does about hers, and you want to stand tall and feel proud beside her.
You want a tuxedo cut to flatter your exact build, so you feel like a million bucks, with the confidence to match.
You want to express your style in every choice, from a classic black tuxedo or a contemporary dinner jacket to the lapel, the lining, and the stitching.
You'd like to move easily in your tux and stay comfortable, from the ceremony through the last dance.
You want a tailor who listens to you, helps you land on the right fit, and never pushes you toward more than you need.
THE PROCESS

How it works, from first appointment to final fitting.

01
Your first appointment
At your first appointment we get to know you. We start with the wedding: the setting, the season, the role you're playing, and how you want to feel walking in. Then we take between 40 and 60 measurements and have you try on a few garments to see how different cloths drape on you.
02
How your garment is made
Once your choices are set, we order your cloth and send everything to our tailor shop. For semi-bespoke, your measurements generate your pattern and the tuxedo comes back with a great deal of hand finishing. For bespoke, we draw your pattern by hand, and the tuxedo is sewn entirely by hand, with nothing touching a machine.
03
Fittings and timing
Semi-bespoke arrives six to eight weeks after you order. We hold a first fitting, our onsite tailor makes any adjustments, and it's ready a week or two later. Bespoke runs 14 to 16 weeks the first time, with a trial garment along the way to refine the fit before the final tuxedo is finished.
WHAT YOU CHOOSE

Black tie done your way.

It starts with the cloth. For black tie we reach for a finer wool, a Super 180s or 200s, with a silkier hand and a soft sheen that looks elegant under the lights and in every photograph. We order it directly from the best mills in the world.

From there you shape the rest of it, starting with the lapel, a shawl or a peak, at the width that suits your frame. You choose the satin facing, the buttons, the structure of the coat, and the pocket details. Inside, you can add a monogram or a lining that carries a family photo.

The choices add up to a tuxedo that could belong to no other groom. When you turn to watch her come down the aisle, the room sees a man with exquisite taste who's proud to wear it.
